Refund policy

BbTalkin stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your products. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If you're unsatisfied with products you purchased from BbTalkin, you can return your item(s). Our return policy is as follows:

BbTalkin return policy for business to customer (B2C) – For personal use:

Right of Withdrawal

  • If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at: support@bb-talkin.eu

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in good condition. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • You must include your original invoice or order number with the return.
  • Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned according to their own return policies.

Return Process

  • Please notify us by email before returning your order.
  • After shipping your return, please provide the tracking number.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an order error or product defect.
  • Additional import taxes (outside EU countries) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds 

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you pack well. Protect your products from harm and water. Especially the intercoms need to be packed separately and away from wet items. Do not forget to add your invoice, packing slip so we know who send it. Add a note if you wish to explain what the problem is.
