Frequently asked questions for pairing your BbTalkin intercoms

How do I pair two BbTalkin Standard 3.0 units?

Turn on both intercoms, hold INTERCALL until the red LED flashes, then click INTERCALL once on either unit.
You’ll hear “Connected.”
After the first setup, they’ll auto-reconnect when powered on.

Why won’t my BbTalkin 3.0 units connect?

Check that both devices are the same model (Standard 3.0 ↔ Standard 3.0, or Standard ↔ Master 3.0).
If LEDs don’t flash red, perform a reset by holding CH2 + Vol + for three seconds while powered off, then retry pairing.

How do I add a third or fourth intercom to my BbTalkin network?

Use a Master 3.0 to expand your setup.
Pair Standards to the Master using CH1, CH2, and CH3 channels - one for each additional user. The Master manages all live group connections.

Can I pair my BbTalkin with a smartphone or GoPro?

Yes - only the Standard 3.0 can connect to phones and GoPro Hero 12. Hold Power until the LED flashes blue + red, then select “bb30” in your Bluetooth list. When the LED turns slow-blue, pairing is complete.

Do I need to pair my devices every time I use them?

No. Once your BbTalkin 3.0 intercoms are paired, they automatically reconnect when powered on. If you reset or change devices, simply re-pair using the same steps.

How do I reset my BbTalkin 3.0 intercom to factory settings?

Turn the unit off, then hold CH2 + Vol + together for 3 seconds until the LED flashes purple. This clears all previous pairings and restores factory default mode.
